What days/times does Pup Pilot operate?
Pup Pilot will operate on a soft launch schedule the first month then add routes as demand increases. Opening day is November 14th. Flights will be Thurs and Fri at 1pm with more added as demand increases. Flights are dependent on weather and more flights will be offered during the summer months. Suggestions are welcome for dates and hikes you'd like to see offered!

At Pup Pilot, safety and fun go paw-in-paw!
Please review our passenger requirements to ensure every flight is smooth, safe, and tail-waggingly enjoyable.
๐ฆฎ 1. Passenger Eligibility
We welcome friendly, social dogs who:
* Walk calmly on leash (no excessive pulling)
* Enjoy car rides
* Have no history of biting, lunging, growling, excessive barking/howling or aggression toward dogs or humans
For everyone’s safety, pups showing reactive behavior cannot board future flights until evaluated by a professional trainer.
๐ 2. Required Vaccinations
All passengers must be current on core vaccines **including Leptospirosis and Bordetella** — no exceptions.
Many parks and trails have natural water sources, and these vaccinations keep your pup healthy while exploring.
๐พ 3. Harness & Safety Gear
Our aircraft is equipped with secure tethers and non-slip seat covers.
Each pup must wear a harness with a grab handle or leash hook, which loops through the craft seatbelt.
No front-seat passengers are allowed for safety reasons.
๐งฝ 4. Cleanliness & Sanitation
The craft is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with enzymatic cleaners after every flight.

A Pup First Aid Kit is always on board to handle any paw scrapes or adventure mishaps.

6. Flight Schedule
One daily flight departs at 1 PM on Thursday & Friday when we first launch. Each day will have a different adventure location. Capacity is limited to four pups per flight to keep it comfortable and well supervised. Flights are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled if weather changes the day of the flight. Credits for prepaid flights can be applied to another flight if cancelled for weather conditions.
๐ก 7. Pickup & Drop-Off Access
Pup Pilot is fully licensed and insured. If you’re away from home, we can safely access your pup via garage code or keypad combo. After the flight, your pup will be returned to their crate or preferred home area. Expect pickup within 15 minutes prior to or after your scheduled flight time.

We use:
*Zeke’s Training Bites
*Greenies Dental Treats
*A Top-Rated Allergy & Immunity Chew (with vitamins, probiotics, and antioxidants)
If you’d prefer your pup not receive treats, please let us know before the first flight.
๐ 9. What to Pack
Send your pup with:
* A secure harness (preferably with grab handle)
* A sturdy leash
๐งผ 10. Post-Flight Care
Before returning home, each passenger’s paws, legs, and underbelly will be gently wiped clean. Well, as clean as we can get them without a bath. Some adventures have ponds/streams/waterfalls and if your pup loves water, they may be a bit muddy upon return.

If a passenger exhibits aggression or unsafe behavior mid-flight, they’ll need professional redirection before re-booking. Safety is our top priority for all flight crew and canine companions.

We offer a fun outdoor excursion beyond the four walls that doggy daycares are limited to. Our flights are intentionally small to provide individual attention, safety, and a calmer group dynamic.
